Title: Slow Cooker Hot Caramel Apples

Yield: 4 Servings

4lgTart apples, cored
1/2cApple juice
8tbBrown sugar
12 Red hot candies
4tbButter
8 Caramels
1/4tsCinnamon

Peel about 3/4 inch off the top of each apple. Place in the slow cooker. Pour apple juice over the apples.

Fill the center of each apple with two tablespoons of brown sugar, two or three red hots, one tablespoon of butter and two caramels. Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon.

Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours or until the apples are tender.

Serve warm.
